The Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) is a not-for-profit, apolitical association of ICT communities nominated by member economies across the Asia Pacific. Established in 2001, it recognises technology innovation and indigenous ICT solutions through an annual awards programme.

APICTA Awards 2026 takes place 7–11 December 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia, at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue, Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, Indonesia. The Awards Ceremony is on 11 December 2026.

Nominees enter through the national industry body that represents their economy in APICTA — coordinator contacts for all 14 economies are listed on the Member Economies page. Indonesian participants register through the pre-competition portal at s.id/apicta2026, open since 1 June 2026.

There are 11 categories in three groups. Head Categories: Consumer, Inclusion and Community Services, Industrial, Business Services, Public Sector and Government, Student. Cross-Category Awards: Start-Up of the Year, Research & Development Project of the Year. Technology Awards: Business Data Analytics Technology of the Year, Internet of Things Technology of the Year, Artificial Intelligence Technology of the Year.

APICTA currently has 14 member economies: Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam.

Entries are assessed by an international panel drawn from the member economies during Judging Days on 9–10 December 2026, with a final review on the morning of the ceremony. See the Judges pages for the panel and judging information.
